Serenity Family and Children Services Corporation (SFCSC) is an established Florida Non-Profit Organization. We're registered as a Tax-Exempt Charitable (501C-3) designation since October 14th, 1996, with an official Dun & Bradstreet#, along with a valid I.R.S. Certificate of Exemption to receive charitable contributions and estate donations.



(SFCSC) have been serving numerous cities including the City of Fort Lauderdale, the Cities of Pompano Beach, North Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Parkland, Imperial Point, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Deerfield Beach, Sunrise, Lauderhill, Lauderdale Lakes, Oakland Park, Wilton Manors, Dania Beach, Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, West Park, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Miami Gardens, North Miami, also, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, several surrounding Cities and Communities within Broward, West Palm Beach and Miami-Dade Counties for well over two decades, 27+ years.

(SFCSC) Community Outreach Programs include: Education, Literacy, Tutoring, Mentoring, Counseling, Social Services, Homeless Services, Re-Entry Services, Leadership & Entrepreneurial Skills, Training & Development, Computer Literacy, Outreach & Support, Health & Wellness, Nutrition, Sports & Recreation, Resources & Referrals, Community Fairs, Events, Programs, Projects, and so much more for Men, Women, Youth, Children, and our Seniors.

(SFCSC) have implemented various Initiatives that's been designed to help Individuals and Families who are either in dire need at the moment, experiencing a temporary hardship, or enduring a crisis that has been a continual situation for a length of time unfortunately.

At different intervals throughout the year, whenever funding is readily available, (SFCSC) provides assistance to our clientele, as well as on behalf of our clientele according to their personal circumstances first and foremost. Additionally, we earnestly try to assist the general population of people that are in need and have requested our help, guidance, support, resources, and referrals, if and when funding is available.

Purpose

To improve and develop the literacy and employability skills of individuals. As well as, to provide family enrichment, along with our follow-up team building, case management for successful growth, and family wholeness through total restoration and healing of prior years of "the dysfunctional family syndrome".

To educate, empower, and equip the next generation with the tools necessary to become self-sufficient as employable, literate adults, and as productive citizens of society. (SFCSC) provides nurturing and instruction for Individuals & Families.

The Back to School Community Celebrations annually were formerly Sponsored by The Office Depot Foundation of Office Depot for 21-years consecutively providing Non-Profit Organizations (N.P.O.'s) assorted colors of Backpacks and Sackpacks to students all over the United States, but most importantly, in Broward County, wherein (SFCSC) were recipients of those annual Donations from its inception throughout all 21-years. Kudos with our sincerest appreciation to the President Ms. Mary Wong and her entire Management, Staff and Team, along with Mr. Leon Rubin and his Team at J.K.G. Group & Associates.

Although, all Non-Profit Organizations (N.P.O.'s) were truly Sorry to see Office Depot change their course of direction to completely close-out and dissolve the Office Depot Foundation, however, we at (SFCSC) are Grateful to have had the esteemed pleasure and opportunity of the years of networking, friendships, business relationships, discounts on products and services, free giveaways, as well as, our sincere Thanks for the many years of Great Partnerships while meeting numerous celebrities such as the World's Megastar Mr. Nick Cannon (in Photo).

    - Toys for Tots –  Please call for Donations of Toy Drop-Off locations (To Be A Drop-Off Site), or for Pick-up Services, as We work in Collaboration for Many Years with Toys-4-Tots & U.S. Marines. We Do our  very Best to Accommodate up-to 1,000 Students, Pre-K-through-12th-Grade, Locally and Although, We Totally  Depend on Contributions and Community Support, We Attempt to Share the Resources to Accommodate Children Birth-Through-Head-Start, and at Times, We've been able to Assist College Students as well, even though, it's Not Always Possible, We Definitely Try!

Access to Education is a basic human right. It reduces poverty and child labor and offers the tools needed to succeed in life.

Outreach support services are provided by Our Community and Family Advocates. In order to help families recover from an unexpected and unfortunate crisis We may have to utilize a variety of Tools, Strategies, Principles, Values, and Lessons, ultimately to change the financial, physical, emotional and spiritual outcomes of the family.

As a result, we take great pride in creating and building upon new ways for reversing negative stereotypes. As well as, to provide Role Models that our Children will try to emulate in our Communities.

Our Mission is to embrace the Pursuit of Excellence both inside and outside the classroom. We encourage critical thinking and emphasize the learning process over rote memorization.
